CALL FOR ARTISTS:

Silent Auction Fund Raiser
Hosted by: Gallery 225 and Dollie MaMa and the Fabric Floozies Doll Club

Join us in supporting the battle against breast cancer

We welcome artist participation in this charitable event through donation of 3−Dimensional, Mixed-Media Art and Art Dolls (includes Cloth, Wood, Clay or any other materials)

You may submit as many pieces as you like. Donations Only, No Percentage of Sales. All participating artists will be given recognition on the fundraiser website, in printed materials, on-site signage and in the Silent Auction program. Artists who send a participation commitment by September 10 will also be listed on the event poster.

All Art that is submitted will be put into the Silent Auction. 100 % of auction proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen, Passionately Pink for the Cure^®.

If you intend to participate, please contact Rose Vollmer-Candey IMMEDIATELY, either by phone 480-225-3098, e-mail: thedolliemama@gmail.com or by fax: 480-619-6383, so that we will be watching for your participation form. If you cannot donate art, but are interested in supporting our fundraiser in any other way, please contact Rose.

Please make three copies of the form for each doll being entered...one to be sent to us, one to accompany your entry doll (whether you bring your doll or ship it) and one for your records. Upon receipt of your participation form you will receive an acknowledgement with shipping instructions

Participation Form Deadline: no later than September 15, 2010. Artists who send a participation commitment by September 10 will be listed on the event poster.

Art Deadline: All artwork must arrive at the designated location by October 7, 2010

Art dolls will be on display starting October 9, 2010 for viewing at Gallery 225

Reception and Silent Auction: 6:00 pm, Friday, October 15, 2010

You do not have to attend the Fund Raiser to donate an Art doll. We accept all submissions that meet the 3-D Mixed-Media Criteria.
